1. Material
Parts are made of solid ferro casting (cast steel) or solid ferro casting combined with brass in certain parts. So that the water gate is strong, durable, and precise with guaranteed QC (Quality Control) tests.
2. Size
The size of our carrier gearbox varies. However, the standard dimensions that we often produce are 28, 32, and 35 in diameter. The larger the size, the faster and more efficient the rotation. Apart from the standards that we usually produce, we also accept the manufacture of gearboxes according to the needs and desires of clients (custom).
3. Finishing
Smooth finishing (grinding and lathe). Color can be adjusted by customer request. Special painting process to minimize rust.
